What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Don't be fooled because I have low prices and small company. I provide the best technical service and quality equipment and installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Getting to know each others wants and needs with open line of communication. I will not sell you anything unnecessary.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2 years Ivy Tech, Future University, Waterfurnace Int. Geo school, Rapid Engineering school, NATE certification, Radiant heating certified, EPA certified.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went back to college after an honorable discharge from the Air Force back in early 90's.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of people, my workmanship doesnt change, just the people!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I installed new furnace and air conditioning for large home that had been non-working approximately 2 years in poor work environment, and was still $2000 less than competitors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you want local family company to work with or large corporation with no personal touch.

How soon do you want completed, and how much job will cost.
